Eric Cressey's Bio

Eric Cressey is the owner of Cressey Performance (www.CresseyPerformance.com), a facility with locations in Hudson and Framingham, Massachusetts. Brijesh Patel's Bio


Brijesh Patel is in his fifth year as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Holy Cross athletic department. He works directly with the Crusader men's basketball team, in addition to serving as the strength coach for Holy Cross' men's soccer, men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey, tennis and women's track & field squads.Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Patel spent six years at the University of Connecticut, where he was a student assistant during his undergraduate time and a graduate assistant for two years. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA) and a USA weightlifting club coach (USAW). Patel has also had the experience of working with Mike Boyle at his professional facility in Massachusetts, Oakwood soccer club of Connecticut and with the Worcester Ice Cats of the AHL. He has trained a variety of athletes ranging from middle school to the professional and Olympic levels.Brijesh is also co-founder of S B Coaches College (www.sbcoachescollege.com), an internet based education company for all coaches, trainers, therapists, athletes and parents.Patel earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in 2002 and his master's degree from UConn in 2004. Anthony Slater's Bio
Anthony Slater: General Manager/ Performance Manager, Athletes Performance Los AngelesAnthony earned concurrent degrees in Psychology and Physical and Health Education at Queen's University in Kingston Ontario, Canada. While furthering his education at the university, Anthony worked with the Men's and Women's Strength and Conditioning department and focused on developing and implementing their training programs. Anthony has also lectured on various topics including Advanced Weight Training and the Theories/Methodology of Strength and Speed Development.Anthony is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (C.S.C.S.). John Pallof's Bio

John Pallof, PT, OCS, COMT, CSCSJohn graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1997 with his degree in Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (Maitland Australian Physiotherapy), and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. John specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, treating athletes of all ages and levels, from youth to professional. John presently lives in Worcester Massachusetts with his wife Lisa.
