Brijesh Patel's Bio


Brijesh Patel is in his fifth year as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Holy Cross athletic department. He works directly with the Crusader men's basketball team, in addition to serving as the strength coach for Holy Cross' men's soccer, men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey, tennis and women's track & field squads.Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Patel spent six years at the University of Connecticut, where he was a student assistant during his undergraduate time and a graduate assistant for two years. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA) and a USA weightlifting club coach (USAW). Patel has also had the experience of working with Mike Boyle at his professional facility in Massachusetts, Oakwood soccer club of Connecticut and with the Worcester Ice Cats of the AHL.
